Product Description
Pork cuts are the different parts into which the body of the pig for human consumption is divided. These parts can be differentiated between countries. For the specific case of this product, the parts of the cut include:
- Leg or ham (hind legs).
- Arm or shoulder blade (front legs).
- Rib with bacon, griddle or rack of ribs (rectus abdominis, among others).
- Loin, chops (long, iliocostal, thorny, psoas and iliac).
- Subproducts and other portions (rest of parts).
